Let us help integrate your plan for optimal health
Your Initial Consultation
What To Expect
Your initial consultation is our time to get to know each other. It will include a review of your intake form, medical history, eating habits and any other relevant information.
We will work together to come up with actionable steps you can take to meet your goals and a nutrition plan to support you along the way.
How To Prepare
After scheduling an initial appointment, you will receive a secure link with forms through the patient portal.

If you are planning on using insurance, check with your insurance company to verify coverage for medical nutrition therapy. Please read more below regarding the use of insurance for appointments.
Telehealth / In-Person Appointments
If you are meeting by telehealth, you will receive an email confirmation with the video link from a secure platform through the patient portal. Limited in-person visits are also available.
Billing Information
Because we believe that nutrition is foundational for health, we offer several payment options for your convenience. Out of network insurance clients may pay cash/credit at the time of service and we will provide a receipt and invoice which you can submit for reimbursement. We offer discounted rates for cash/credit payments at the time of service with additional discounts and savings offered on our packages and bundles.

In-Network Insurance Clients
Integrating Nutrition is credentialed with the following insurance companies:
Coverage varies between plans and you are responsible for checking with your insurance company to determine coverage for nutrition counseling. If your insurance is in-network with us, we will bill your insurance company for services. You will be responsible for any co-pays and billed for any remaining balances for deductibles or coinsurance. If your insurance does not cover the full cost for any reason, you are responsible for the full amount billed.
