Gretchen Gruender, MS, RDN, CSO

When Gretchen started Integrating Nutrition, her goal was to give individualized care, supporting clients on their journey in making positive lifestyle changes. After earning her MS in Nutrition from Bastyr University, she spent 20 years in clinical practice and later research at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance /Fred Hutch Cancer Center. She is experienced in chronic disease management and prevention through nutrition. She enjoys finding creative ways to help her patients integrate whole foods into their diet and navigate overwhelming recommendations with ease. As a Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition, she is prepared to assist patients at all stages whether they are in treatment, out of treatment, in remission or seeking preventive care. Using a comprehensive approach, Gretchen provides the personalized, long term care necessary for each patient’s unique healing process.

Kate Ueland, MS, RDN, CSO

Kate brings her background in research and clinical experience to each appointment with evidenced based recommendations and education. In addition to her passion for helping people with lifestyle changes, she continues to work in research at Fred Hutch Cancer Center and is faculty at Bastyr University where she received her Master’s in Nutrition. As a Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition, she is prepared to guide people from cancer treatment, to survivorship and prevention. Additionally, Kate has a focus on sports nutrition helping people meet their fitness or performance goals. She is dedicated to client-centered care where the client is in the driver's seat and meets each person where they are to help optimize and realize their goals.
Heather Brummer, MS, LAc, CN

With nearly twenty years of clinical practice, Heather specializes in PCOS, prediabetes, metabolic syndrome, high cholesterol, and autoimmune disorders. She has a Master of Science in Nutrition, a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University and is also a diabetes lifestyle coach. Heather has seen the positive impact of diet changes on insomnia, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other health challenges by reducing inflammation and restoring hormone health. She is ready to work more closely with individual clients for optimal results on their nutrition journey.​​​​​​​
