Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cups almond meal (ground almonds) 1 large egg
1⁄4 cup sesame seeds (white or black)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cut two pieces of parchment paper about the size of your baking sheet. Place the dough between the two sheets and roll out to 1/8” thick. Peel off the top layer and place the bottom layer with the dough on the cookie sheet. With a knife or pizza cutter, score the dough into the desired cracker size.
Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes, being careful not to over-bake.
