Ingredients

  •  1 1⁄2 cups almond meal (ground almonds)

  • 1 large egg

  • 1⁄4 cup sesame seeds (white or black)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cut two pieces of parchment paper about the size of your baking sheet. Place the dough between the two sheets and roll out to 1/8” thick. Peel off the top layer and place the bottom layer with the dough on the cookie sheet. With a knife or pizza cutter, score the dough into the desired cracker size.

  3. Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes, being careful not to over-bake.
