Ingredients

  • ¼ cup rolled oats

  • ¾ cup water

  • ½ cup applesauce, unsweetened

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed oil or other cold pressed oil like avocado

  • 1 teaspoon honey, optional

Preparation

  1. Add oats to water and let soak for at least an hour or overnight if possible. When ready, combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and if desired, add honey. Enjoy!
