About the Recipe

Ditch store-bought cubes! This homemade bouillon is packed with natural flavors and no additives—perfect for soups & stews!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme

  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk powder (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix until everything is combined.

  2. Transfer to a jar and keep in a cool and dark place for up to 3 months.

  3. Use 1 tablespoon of bouillon powder in place of one bouillon cube or 1 tablespoon bouillon with 1 cup hot water.
