2 tablespoons white miso
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1-2 tablespoons water
Preparation

Add 1 tablespoon of water and mix well. For a spreadable consistency, stop here. For a thinner dip, add the second tablespoon of water and mix thoroughly.
