Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons white miso

  • 2 tablespoons tahini

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

  • 1-2 tablespoons water

Preparation

  1. Place white miso, tahini, and maple syrup (or honey) in a small mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.

  2. Add 1 tablespoon of water and mix well. For a spreadable consistency, stop here. For a thinner dip, add the second tablespoon of water and mix thoroughly.

  3. Store in the refrigerator and use within 10 days.
