About the Recipe

This Rosemary Ginger Honey Simple Syrup is a simple, nourishing way to add depth and flavor to mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. Fresh ginger adds warmth, rosemary brings an herbal note, and honey provides natural sweetness. It’s easy to make, keeps well in the fridge, and instantly elevates sparkling water or fresh juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water

  • ¾ cup honey

  • ½ cup fresh ginger root, washed and cut into 1 inch pieces

  • ½ cup fresh rosemary leaves (not stems)

Preparation

  1. Add the water and honey to a small pan and heat on medium until combined.

  2. Add the fresh rosemary and ginger root and stir. Let sit on low heat for 15 minutes and then strain. Keep in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

  3. To drink: add 1-2 tablespoons with sparkling water and a fresh sprig of rosemary
