Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 banana or ½ avocado

  • 1 cup spinach or greens of choice

  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves

  • 1 serving pumpkin seed protein powder

  • Optional: ½ piece fresh ginger, peeled

Preparation

  1. Place milk, blueberries, banana (or avocado), spinach, and basil leaves in a blender.

  2. Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.

  3. Add protein powder and blend for 1 more minute.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
