Ingredients
1 cup milk of choice
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 banana or ½ avocado
1 cup spinach or greens of choice
½ cup fresh basil leaves
Optional: ½ piece fresh ginger, peeled
Preparation
Place milk, blueberries, banana (or avocado), spinach, and basil leaves in a blender.
Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Add protein powder and blend for 1 more minute.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
