This simple homemade electrolyte drink is a refreshing way to stay hydrated during hot weather or workouts. Made with 100% orange juice, honey, and a pinch of salt, it helps replace fluids, electrolytes, and energy lost through sweat. Enjoy it chilled before, during, or after exercise to support performance and recovery.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange juice (100% juice)

  • 5 cups water

  • 7 Tablespoons honey

  • ½ - 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Add juice, honey and salt to a pot and place on medium, stirring until honey and salt are dissolved.

  2. Remove from heat and add water to the mixture.

  3. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to drink.
