Ingredients
1 banana, peeled, chopped and frozen
½ cup pumpkin pie puree
1 medjool date, pitted
2 tablespoons almond butter
½ teaspoon cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
⅛ teaspoon cardamom
¼-1/2 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
Preparation
Place pitted date in a small bowl and cover with boiling water. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to soften. When ready, add the date, pumpkin puree, frozen banana slices, almond butter, spices and ¼ cup oat milk to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to add more milk for desired consistency.
Transfer to a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
